We use cookies to keep track of your visits to our website, logins, products you’ve looked at or added to the basket, and whether you accepted our cookie notice on the front page of the website.

We use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to collect information about all of visitors to our website and their behaviour patterns. This information may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths. We may process this data for the proper administration of our website and business.

This may include your first and last name, email address, physical address, telephone number and method of payment. We may process this data to fulfil our contract with you and deliver your order or contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information about your order. We use Sage Pay and Paypal to process payment and while we may store your payment details (such as credit card number), they are encrypted and we do not have access to them.

2.4 Marketing data

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will ask you for your first name, last name and email address. We use external newsletter managers Mailchimp and Sendinblue to send and monitor newsletters and collect statistics about email openings and clicks. We may process this data for the proper administration of our website and business.

We aim to send no more than one newsletter a month containing our latest parenting tips as well as special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button in one of our newsletters or emailing us at

2.5 Billing address data

For the purposes of processing your order, we briefly hold your billing address in a database secured by IP restrictions and passwords. This will be automatically deleted as soon as your payment has completed. If you haven’t completed payment within 7 days, we will delete your billing address. We do not have access to any of your other billing information such as card details. These are processed securely through SagePay or PayPal.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose, as well as any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. If we have written down your details on paper, we will destroy that paper as soon as the data is entered into our secure, digital system, no later than 7 days from the moment of collection.
